自分が投稿したFacebookの記事に「いいね！」がもらえると嬉しいものですよね。私も投稿した際には、どのくらい反応があるか気になってしまいます。また、リアクション機能が追加されたことで、ボタンひとつで感情表現ができるようになったので、反応も分かりやすくなりました。基本的に、「いいね！」が多いと人気がある記事、人気がある人という印象を受けます。
Facebook企業アカウントにおいては、Facebookページの「いいね！」を集めることは、ビジネスにとってメリットがあると思っている方も多いと思います。なんとなく集めておけば良さそうだと思って集めても、うまく活用できなければ意味がありません。
では、このFacebookページの「いいね！」は、一体何のために集めるのでしょうか？
自社のFacebookページを見てもらうため
Facebookで、有益な情報を投稿したり自社の製品をアピールしたとしても、まずは見てもらわないと始まりません。「いいね！」を集めることで、「いいね！」をしているユーザーに投稿した記事がタイムラインに掲載され、それを見てもらえる確率が高くなります。
