「自分の職種は何なのか？」という事。
会社の業種はインターネット広告業。広告運用もシステム開発もホームページ作成もSEOもコピーライティングもする。しかし職種は経営者だし、マーケティング、コピーライティング、広告運用、セールス、ディレクション、セミナー、コンサルも。
一言では言えないだけに、俗に言う器用貧乏。
※ハイレベルな器用貧乏ね！間違えないで！
未だに自分の職種を探し続ける旅路の途中です。僕は常々マーケティングの重要性を伝えるメッセージを投げていますが、今日はセールス（営業）が苦手な方に書きます。そもそも、、、
「なぜ売れないのでしょうか？」
この質問には色々な答えがある事を知っていますが、シンプルに答えましょう。
「それはあなたが売れる事をイメージしていないからです。」
え？と思いましたか？まぁ続けるので読んでください。売れない人の多くの人は「売る」という言葉になぜかネガティヴな感情を持っています。
ネットワークビジネスをしている知人や保険の外交員に会おうと言われると売り込まれるんじゃないかと身構えたり、玄関に「セールスお断り」のシールを貼ってたり、昔から僕らを取り巻く環境には「売り込まれる」と言うネガティブなイメージがあります。だからあなたがこういった思考を持ったセールスマンの場合、「売り込み」と思われるのが嫌でブレーキをかけているはず。
けど売らなくちゃいけない、利益を上げなくちゃいけないと言う状況。自分でネガティブなイメージの上に焦ってちゃ、そりゃ売れないです。特に「売る事＝悪い事」と言う思考を経営者であるあなたが思っているならタチが悪い。
売る事は、商品を押し付ける事ですか？
売る事は、相手にデメリットですか？
売る事は、相手から金銭を奪う事ですか？
売る事は、相手の家に居座る事ですか？
売る事は、言いくるめる事ですか？
売る事は、売った後に逃げる事ですか？
あなたに少しでもこんなイメージがあるなら売れません。上記の様なセールスをするのは、悪質で自己中な営業マンです。例えば、世の中には悪い犯罪者が一定以上います。だからと言って世の中の人全てが悪人でしょうか？
少なくとも向こう側が悪人と認識している時点で、あなたは良心がある善人なはず。
話しを戻すとそんな向こう側の世界観で、あなたの職種のイメージを決めて良いわけはありません。これは自分で人間不信を作り出している思考です。よほど嫌なイメージが有るのかも知れませんが、セールスの本質の話しをしましょう。
「売る事は、その商品の与える価値との交換です」
※あなたの商品が支払う費用以上の価値が有る場合は、
相手は喜んでお金を払うでしょう。
「売ることは楽しみです」
※女性のショッピングが良い例です。
毎週、可愛いものや欲しいものを探したり、調べたりしています。
その商品を購入した瞬間には満たされています。
「売ることはリーダーシップです」
あなたの商品が問題を解決してくれる場合、
文字通り明るい未来に導いて（リードして）くれます。
経営者である以上、ビジネスをやっている以上、セールスは切っても切り離せません。あなたは悪いイメージでセールスし続けてはいけません。だって私達の思考は現実化するものですから。
