集客や営業って、簡単ではないですよね。いくら自分でアピールしても反応が薄かったり、なかなか信用してもらえなかったりします。なので、あなたのお店や商品、サービスを信用してもらえる秘訣を教えましょう。

チラシやホームページ、Facebookでいくら自社の事をアピールしても、相手は半信半疑で聞いています。「そりゃ自社の事だから、そう言うわな。」みたいな感じです。
なので必殺技は、第3者に話してもらうこと。それがお客様の声です。マーケティング用語では「テスティモニアル」略してテスティとも言われます。
自社の商品を使った感想や実績、お店の感想を手書きや動画等でもらうのです。それをHPやチラシ等に記載する。それだけで反応率は変わりますし、説得力も増します。
あなたがアピールすればするほど疑う相手でも、第三者のお客様が賞賛すれば信用する事もあります。
あなたも食べログやAmazon、楽天やヤフー知恵袋など、第三者の声を参考に購買を決定したことがあるはず。TV通販でも商品を使用したお客様が必ず出てきます。それこそがお客様の声（レビュー）の力です。
これはリアルビジネスでもネットショップでも同じ。僕が昔、経営していた会社では、スタッフにお客様の声を貰えるようにサービス提供することと貰うことを意識させていました。それが当時のWEB集客の生命線だったと思っていますし、数年が経った今もやはり変化はないようです。
集客が上手く行かない人の多くが、自社の商品やサービスを自分で一生懸命話しています。それも勿論大事ですが、お客様にも協力して頂いて、より説得力のある仕組みを作りましょう！
