【リスティング広告】何も分からず悩んでいるあなたへ

なぜ私がリスティング広告運用をすることになったかはさておき、全く何も分からないところからのスタートで当初はかなり苦戦しました。

勉強して仕組みが分かってくると、これが結構面白い！

どうせやるなら楽しく！とか何とか効果を出してやる！というのもあったからかもしれません。これまでにECサイト、BtoBなどさまざまな商材の広告運用を失敗と成功を繰り返しながら今に至ります。

こんな悩み、気持ちはよ～く分かります。

しかし！

勢いでリスティング運用を始めてしまう「なんとなく運用」では効果は出ません。それどころか、予算と時間の無駄になってしまいます。準備が必要です。

まずはリスティング広告の基本的な仕組みを把握しておきましょう。

 

 リスティング広告とは・・・

・検索連動型広告

検索エンジンなどで、ユーザーが検索したキーワードに連動して、訴求したい広告文を表示させることができます。掲載箇所は下記の赤枠です。「タイトル」「説明文」「URL」から構成されるテキスト広告となります。

・ディスプレイ広告

ニュースやブログ等を閲覧しているコンテンツに連動して表示される広告です。一度サイトを訪問したユーザーに配信するリマーケティング広告や、キーワードやカテゴリに関連するページに表示する潜在層ターゲットにアプローチできる広告があります。テキスト広告、バナー広告（イメージ広告）、動画広告を掲載できます。

 

検索連動型広告と自然検索枠（SEO）

検索結果で表示されるものとして自然検索枠があり、上記の図の緑枠です。リスティング広告と見た目は似ていますが、自然検索で1ページ目に表示させるためには多くの時間と労力が必要です。自然検索で上位表示させるための施策をSEO対策と言われますが、こちらも顧客獲得としては大事な施策です。

掲載媒体

リスティング広告が掲載される媒体は、主に2つです。

・Yahoo!プロモーション広告

・GoogleAdWords

 

料金システム

広告が表示されたときではなく、クリックされたときにはじめて料金が発生するクリック課金制です。PPC広告（Pay Per Clickの略）とも呼ばれます。設定した入札価格と広告の品質をもとに決定されます。

実際に課金される広告料金　＝　クリック料金　×　クリック回数

メリット

予算により広告の表示をコントロールができます。キーワード単位で出稿するので、購入意欲が高い人をターゲットにできるので早く効果がでやすい。予算や配信期間などが自由に設定できます。

デメリット

初期設定に手間がかかります。設定して配信しているだけでは効果は上がりません。効果を出すにはデータを検証した上での改善が必要です。

運用方法
  • 広告代理店に依頼する
  • 自社で運用する

代理店に頼めば、専門知識を活かした効果的な運用が可能で、初期設定や運用の手間がかかりません。しかし、広告代理店を見極めることも労力が必要ですし、代理店に依頼することが必ずしもいい効果が出るとは限りません。商品のことをよく知っている自社で運用する方が効果が上がることもあります。

 

まとめ

リスティング広告は、今日配信開始して、明日効果が上がるというものではありませんが、数値や動きから現状を把握することもでき、ビジネスの集客や売上に繋がる必要な施策であることは間違いありません。

リスティング広告では、自分の設定した広告で、売り上げが上がったり、お問い合わせが増えたりと結果が目に見えるものです。コツを掴み、手間をかけて育てていく、改善して効果がでればそれこそ面白いものです。

１から知らないことを覚えるのは容易なことではありませんが、私のように何も知らないところからでも集客アップや売上アップする運用ができるようになると思ったら、あなたもできるような気がしてきませんか？笑
